Terms and conditions:
By participating in this day long event, you will reach women from all ages and walks of life. The Expo will feature entertainment through-out the day including speakers and a fashion show.
Booth space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and location will be assigned prior to the event date. Only 1 company per booth is allowed. We will limit Independent Consultants if agreement doesn’t permit more than one exhibitor in the event. Booth spaces must be paid for at the time of registration. No refunds or cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event and a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.
Advertising materials are due no later than August 16, 2019. The tabloid section will be inserted into The Dickinson Press the week of the event & extra copies will be available at the Expo.
<strong>Each booth must donate a door prize of $25 minimum retail value.</strong>
Direct sales are encouraged. All local, state & federal laws must be observed. All business for which booth space is requested must be conducted within the exhibitor’s designated area. Activities conducted beyond assigned space, while roaming the event or that interfere with another’s operation, will result in eviction from the event. Due to Fire Marshall rules, products that emit hot steam or lit candles in booth are not permitted. All trash & debris must be properly disposed of.
The Dickinson Press reserves the right to reject any applicant for space at any time.
I understand & acknowledge that my acceptance below discharges The Dickinson Press from any liability or claim with respect to theft, injury or property damage incurred from my participation in the Dickinson Expo.
